Shipping Policy

Vogtland Suspension ships  with UPS directly from Vogtland California 92590. Shipping rates are determined from zip 92590 to a confirmed Pay Pal shipping address. Vogtland Suspension reserves the right to change the method of shipping suited to the product(s) ordered and the destination of the package(s). Canadian Customers are  responsible for paying brokerage fees, and taxes (Performa Invoice reflects MSRP).

  Shortages & Damages

Damage claims must be reported to UPS upon receipt and notify us at sales@vogtlandsuspension.com .  Do not use or install merchandise until inspected by shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection.

Warranty

Vogtland Suspension is only subject to manufacturers warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. All warranties are handled directly with Vogtland NA Inc. ( manufacturer).

It is the customer's responsibility to retain any and all invoices for their record and warranty claims.

Shipping Time Frame

Most of our applications are shipped within 1-7 Business days. Some suspension | Spring kits are custom ordered from Vogtland Germany and could take considerably longer (15+ days). We will notify you of the delay, and ask you to keep the order pending or issue a Full Refund.

UPS tracking #'s will be provided next business day after item has shipped Via Pay Pal and VogtlandSuspension.com communication.

Returns

 20% RE-STOCKING FEE APPLIES TO ALL APLLICATIONS SOLD, CUSTOM ORDERS  AND RETURNED FOR REFUND THAT ARE NOT THE SHIPPERS FAULT. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WILL BE REPLACED UPON RETURN SHIPPING. SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE BOTH WAYS.
